Well, I've gone and done it. Sprung for the JV-1010 this afternoon for $450. Actually a good price at Sam Ash. I've only fired it up and listened to a couple demos thru the headphones, and I like what I hear. Next is hooking up to the computer, (the only midi in is thru my soundblaster card), and figuring out how to use it. I'll post the next phase when I get thru it.
