Greetings Fellow Picker,
We would like to Invite you to the 12th Annual Steelin’ For Hearts
Steel
Guitar Jam. Again this year it will be held at Latela’s Corral Room in
Jessup, MD on April 16th, 2000 starting at 1:00pm. As usual the Jam
features Pedal Steel Hall of Fame member BUDDY CHARLETON. Special guest
this year will be Pedal Steel Hall of Fame members JOHN HUGHEY and
DEWITT "SCOTTY" SCOTT. Also appearing will be HERBY WALLACE and LEONARD
T. ZINN with DEAN BLACK, DAVE GEIGERICH, DAVE VAN ALLEN and a host of
other fine steel guitarists and special guest BILL KIRCHEN. The day
culminates in a massive Jam that should not be missed. $15 donations
will be accepted at the door with proceeds going to the Heart
Transplant
Foundation, Inc.

Thanks for the schedule. I would have missed you since I always get there late but I'll change my ways and see you there.

I hope they do something about the smoke this year. A bunch of us left early last year because of it. After all, it is a funder for the HEART TRANSPLANT FOUNDATION and you'd think...
