Lost song files in BIAB

How to retrieve the song files? When I turned on my LapTop yesterday, I noticed that the battery was completely discharged. (The elect plug had slipped out of the socket).
After charging, when I turned it on and Powered up BIAB, I have no songs.
When I hit the Song button, I get a msg to reload or something like that.
When I did this, it retrieved songs for G thru I only.
How do I retrieve the remaining songs for A thru Z?

Have you looked in C:\BB folder? That is the usual place song files are stored in. Although BB isn't picking them up (don't know why) a dead battery should not affect what is on the hard drive (or SSD drive).

Thanks Jack. Found them. Now just have to figure out how to have Song pull them up. Thanks again. Big help.
