I moved to Central New Jersey from the Baltimore area six months ago and fortunately
I found a new band right away.
Believe it or not I'm finding out there is more work up here for country bands than "South of Mason Dixon" in Baltimore.
And as an added bonus the pays better.
I'll be playing this Saturday at the Whiskey cafe (Lyndhurst /Giant country!!)with
my band "After the Reign". If anyones in the area drop by and say hello.

Hi john,
I may try to come out after my radio show gig Saturday night...
you could listen to that on the way to YOUR gig (90.1FM) then I can come hear you, and you can show me how I should have played it... Image

Hi Dan, I don't think "After the Reign" was formerly known as "Southern Reign". By the way I had to quit my old band "Desert Reign" when I moved from Baltimore to New Jersey Image.

Dan, I haven't had a chance to see any local players yet. Right now we're booked once a month in the Whiskey and one weekend a month in "Prospectors", a restaurant/bar around exit 4 on the New Jersey turnpike. Prospectors pulls in a great crowd on weekends. I wish I was playing there during my single years Image.
